Our Lawyers
Daniel J. Clarke
Dan is not your typical lawyer.
Dan prides himself on making complicated concepts simple and speaking like a regular person. He has a thorough, practical approach so he understands the impact of costly legal fees.
Dan’s corporate and business practice spans small solo and family corporations to large industry players with complex corporate and tax-planning structures and needs. Dan’s extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions provides him with a unique insight and perspective.
Dan’s approach to wills and estate plans is like his approach to everything else: don’t pay him more than you need to. Keeping it simple means your will lasts longer, so you can see him less and pay less too.
Finally, Dan is also a seasoned real estate lawyer, and he and his real estate team are experienced, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.
Ultimately, Dan's goal is to help people get where they want and what they want and make informed decisions along the way.
When Dan's not working, you can find him around his hometown of Kitchener-Waterloo being a proud, goofy dad to the best kid, cat, and corgi in the world with his inordinately beautiful spouse.
